The Role

The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Hall Cross Academy are looking to appoint a Receptionist.


Hall Cross Academy is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which currently comprises of: 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School.

What we are looking for?

We are seeking to appoint a keen and dedicated individual with excellent ICT skills who, working as part of the Administration Team, will act as a first point of contact with parents, outside agencies and members of the public.


The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:

 

  • To operate the Academy Switchboard
  • To provide effective and efficient administrative support
  • To provide fist aid to students and staff where required
